Today Cpa president Adam Hansen and CPA Women manager Alessandra Cappellotto took part to the Association Internationale des Organisateurs de Courses Cyclistes (AIOCC) General Assembly in Riva del Garda, Italy. 86 members races attended the event while 12 members followed the debates via videoconference, welcomed by the Tour of the Alps team.
For riders representatives it was very interesting to discuss with the organisers and other invited stakeholders at the end of the season and in view of the next ones. The meeting was also attended by the UCI President David Lappartient, UEC President Enrico Della Casa, AIGCP President Brent Copeland, SafeR coordinator Matthew Knight and UCI road and calendar manager Laurent Bezault.
Next week the top management of Cpa and Cpa Women will attend the Professional Cycling Council (PCC) and the UCI Women’s WorldTour and UCI WorldTour annual seminar. These will be two more valuable appointments for all cycling stakeolders to confront each other for the good of the movement.
